How to Fix “No Connection Retry” Error on Google Play Store

You have a working internet connection but still you can’t download app from play store due to “No Connection Retry” error on Google Play? Don’t worry this error can be fixed easily. The error comes up because Google Play Store is unable to connect to the Internet on your Android, though you will be able to surf web on browser. Here are some tips which you should follow to fix “No Connection Retry” Error on Google Play Store in Android.

How to Fix “No Connection Retry” Error on Google Play Store

1. Restart Your Android Phone

Restart your phone because lot of background processes killed by restarting. Some processes may stop Google Play Store to connect to internet.

2. Clear Cache

Clearing the cache can easily fix the problem. To empty the cache you will have to go to the “setting”, tap on “Application Manager” choose all  choose “All” scroll down and search for “Google Play Store” and tap on clear cache or you can use third party tools to clear cache, All-In-One Toolbox is the best third party tool for Android user to peak your Android performance.

3. Clear Google Play Store Data

If by clearing the cache you are getting the same “No connection Retry”, then delete the data from the Google Play Store. To clear data go to Settings >> Applications Manager >> All >> Google Play Store >> Clear Data.

4. Uninstall Google Play Store updates and Re-install

Most of the times uninstalling Google Play Store updates can easily resolve the issue. Sometimes a new update might be the culprit for the error, hence uninstall the update. Go the the Settings >> Application Manager > All > Google Play Store > Uninstall Updates.

5. Factory Data /Reset

If you are still getting “No Connection Retry” error then the last and final option is perform Factory Data Reset of your device.To perform a Factory Data Reset,go to “Settings” and then to “Backup and Reset” and tap to select “Factory Data Reset” option by scrolling down. Before you perform a Factory reset, take a complete backup otherwise you will lose data.

      Try to clear cache and reset Google Play Store through App Manager.
